4 piston brake caliper

KTM brake calipers are distinguished by the following features:
  • CNC milled from high-strength solid aluminum
  • Chrome-plated pad guide pins on the brake caliper
  • The benefits:
    • Reduced brake pad canting, hence no uneven wear
    • Constant braking feel, irrespective of brake pad wear or temperature
    • No vibration from the brake

Fitting possible on SX/EXC models without adapter, with the original hand pump and brake hose.
Can only be fitted with a 17"or 16.5" front wheel. 310 mm brake disc 586.09.060.000 or 250.09.260.000 required.
In combination with brake disc 25009260000 (310 mm) no speedometer signal will be sent.

Radial brake cylinder

6 piston brake caliper

KTM brake calipers are distinguished by the following features:

We recommend use of hand pump 587.13.001.100 and brake hose 594.13.011.000 (SX) or 800.13.011.000 (EXC).
Can only be fitted with a 17" or 16.5" front wheel. 310 mm brake disc 586.09.060.000 or 250.09.260.000 required.

Brake cylinder

The radial hand brake cylinder with 17,5 mm piston enables better leverage than conventional brake cylinders and is designed for offroad and supermoto models. CNC-machined from solid material and weighing in at only 305 g, it is extremely compact and very light. The short lever can be easily adjusted and delivers an extraordinarily precise feeling when applying the brakes. Ideal for use in combination with the 4-piston brake caliper 58413015644/04 or the 6-piston brake caliper 59413015044/04.

Brake pad
